Protecting the company and its employees
Compliance with laws and internal regulations is of paramount importance to CF group. It is therefore imperative for us to identify and investigate violations and misconduct at an early stage in order to protect the company and its employees from any harm.
To this end, we have set up an alert system enabling our employees and third parties to report rule violations on a global scale.
Particularly high-risk violations include, among others, breaches of regulations on money laundering, corruption and illicit agreements, as well as employee mistreatment and human rights abuses in our supply chain.
Whistleblowers who become aware of violations related to CF group or who have concrete evidence of rule violations within or outside CF group can contact us to share their information without fear of reprisal: whistleblower@cf.group
Whistleblowers can also contact us anonymously, for example by using an anonymous e-mail address.
CF group's internal procedures for handling and following up whistleblowers are characterized by fairness and transparency, guaranteeing respect for the principle of proportionality with regard to the persons concerned by the accusations and the protection of whistleblowers.
